Lady J.D. Mastermind
Distinguished from coaching, I facilitate the Mastermind of three to seven success-minded individuals who powerfully support each others' success through leveraging synergy of the group, as well as all the wisdom and gifts each participant brings. The group leverages all that each member brings to the table to pole-vault everyone forward. Have you ever felt the momentous energy of a focused group? The next Inspired Coach Mastermind Group is open for registration and will begin Monday, March 1, 2010 at Noon CST. Mastermind groups run for six months. This group will include bi-monthly meetings over six months, a secured online forum for support and networking, as well as all of my resources and support. $97 per month per participant. Intensives
Group coaching intensives, tune-ups, workshops, seminars and tele-classes are held throughout the year on a range of topics including Running On Adrenaline, Vibrations in Bloom - How Energy Impacts Your Life, 7 Steps to Reclaiming Your Dreams, Setting Your Intentions With Confidence, and Manifestation Mapping, among others. They are usually offered only once a year, so register when they are offered if you want in on powerful success tools.
 Intensives may also be tailored to your business or group needs. If there is a coaching topic or idea that you would like to discuss, please contact me and I would be happy to discover with you whether I have an idea for your group.

 Vibrations In Bloom:
This 6 week course offers an intensive tune-up for your energy and vibration. You will learn ten core ways to kick your energy into high gear and start doing things that inspire you, empower you, and make you happy. You know how sometimes you feel like you are just a hamster on a wheel that goes nowhere and every day you're in the same place and can't seem to change the scenery or the routine? This course will help you get back to your core values, appreciate what you have in your life now, and realize that you can have it any way you want it, all while having more fun with your life.

How I Work With You
I will guide you through one-on-one VIP life coaching, taking you from where you are to where you want to be. You, however, will do most of the actual work. Don't worry, it'll be fun and rewarding.
First I will help you identify what it is you want. Sounds simple, right? Well, let me tell you, this can be half of the fun. It can take some powerful questions to clarify and make sure we have identified your authentic goal or goals. You would be amazed how many people come to me with no clue what they actually want. That's what I do! Relax. I dig under the surface to help you unveil what it is you are really after.
Next, we will investigate your intention or goal and see where you have set up limiting beliefs, defeating self-talk, or other roadblocks to making your dream a reality. It can be difficult to find ways to take inspired action or let people help you, or to even let things happen that further your goal if you have roadblocks in the way of your success. Did you know your party is waiting, and you just have to join it? That's where I come in! Once we get you clear on what you want, I will help you figure out how to join the party by clearing the obstacles so you can show the doorman your name is on the VIP list.
My third step with you will be to set up a personalized set of success principles that work for you to achieve your goal or goals. There are many ways to "work" toward a goal. We will have fun playing around and finding the ways that work best to create momentum and propel you forward and, most importantly, make you feel good about yourself and what you're working on. This is where I get to help you learn how to have WAY more fun! Trust me, you can always have more fun.
After we've developed your customized success principles and plan, our continued coaching will focus on addressing the stuff that comes up as you're working your plan. This is where we laser coach away roadblocks that crop up, tweak your success rituals, and develop your goal as fully as we can.
Throughout your coaching adventure, you will only be limited by your own thoughts and beliefs. If you are open-minded and willing to run with things, you are my perfect client and I can't wait to help you uncover the hidden talents you've been hiding from the world and cheerlead as you step into your success!
I am trained to help you see what you didn't see before, to say what you haven't said out loud, and to shift your thoughts and beliefs to support your goals, if you have an authentic desire to do so. We make coaching about your agenda and we achieve what it is that you want to achieve and believe can happen.
I only have one rule: Nobody is allowed to complain about something they aren't ready to do something about. Coaching is for folks who are ready to do something about it.
